Abstract

Based on a survey of adolescents and young people (620 people) about health-destructive behavior, it was found that among adolescents from single-parent families, a greater number of adolescents from incomplete families are registered for chronic diseases, a higher number of smokers and an earlier introduction to alcoholic beverages compared with adolescents from complete families. Studies of the switchability of the structures of the cortex and subcortical nuclei of the brain have shown that in young people and adolescents from incomplete families, the average level of attention-switching prevails, lower mental performance and a higher degree of fatigue are characteristic compared to adolescents and young people from complete families.
