Abstract

In adolescents with arterial hypertension disharmonious physical development is an indicator of the formation of an aggressive course of the disease with the development of violations in the lipid spectrum of blood atherogenic orientation, carbohydrate metabolism, the presence of hyperuricemia, which promote the development of endothelial dysfunction and morphofunctional changes of target organs (heart and kidneys).
