Abstract

Formation of physical qualities of a preschooler, taking into account individual psycho-physiological parameters, is a priority task of preschool education.

When studying the parameters of fitness and the level of physical qualities of preschoolers in Chelyabinsk by the method of interviewing parents, I revealed significant differences between groups of boys and girls, as well as differences in indicators, taking into account gender identification in a number of exercises. The results obtained in the implementation of a complex of programs for the development of speed-strength qualities, including taking into account gender identification, give grounds to state their effectiveness.
