TO THE PROBLEM OF REHABILITATION OF CHILDREN WITH MIXED ANXIETY-DEPRESSIVE DISORDERS AND COMORBID SOMATIC PATHOLOGY

The aim of this study was to develop a comprehensive model of rehabilitation care for children with mixed anxiety and depressive disorders and comorbid somatic pathology. The introduction of comprehensive rehabilitation led to the regression of anxiety and depressive symptoms in the short term in 88.7% of children, improved social and cognitive functioning, reduced distress, long-term remission of both anxiety and depressive disorders and somatic disease.
