PREVENTION OF STRESS AND ITS CONSEQUENCES IN SCHOOLCHILDREN

The article contains data on the stressful action of factors associated with educational and extracurricular activities of pupils and their role in the development of primary arterial hypertension in adolescents. To prevent the negative influence of these factors we propose conditions for the formation of a health-preserving educational environment. They help prevent stress in schoolchildren. There are using new teaching methods, the optimal organization of the educational process, work with parents, etc.
