Materials of the scientific-practical conference "Topical issues of physiology, pathology and organization of medical support for school-age children and adolescents. Predicting the formation of chronic somatic and mental pathology"

Proceedings of the scientific-practical conference with international participation (Kharkiv, November 14-15, 2019)

Abstract

The conference proposed the following:

1. To consider as a priority for children's health further research to determine the state of health and factors of its formation in school-age children, development of ways to improve their health in educational institutions on the basis of health and health programs, use of modern diagnostic technologies, treatment and prevention of the most common non-communicable diseases and mental disorders in adolescence.
2. Consider it necessary to continue and expand the joint work of public authorities, children's treatment and prevention institutions, administrations of educational institutions, teachers, parents to develop and apply scientifically sound proposals for intersectoral cooperation, which aims to preserve, strengthen and improve the health of children and adolescents general and vocational education institutions.
3. To apply to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the National Academy of Medical Sciences in determining the priority areas of research in the field of health care of the younger generation to include research on psychophysiological patterns of development in age and features of adaptation to educational activities to develop scientifically sound measures for active prevention and treatment of health disorders. I'm a teenager.
4. To appeal to the Health Care Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to expedite the submission to the final vote of the draft law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine for the Realization of the Rights of Adolescents in the Sphere of Health Care".
5. To address the President of Ukraine with an initiative to launch large-scale educational anti-narcotics activities among adolescents, youth, parents, teachers, to promote the educational program "The whole truth about drugs", developed and improved by the International Foundation "For a World Without Drugs" an effective, comprehensive educational and preventive tool aimed at preventing drug use by adolescents and young people.
6. Regularly hold joint scientific and practical conferences, seminars for general practitioners, hygiene, pediatricians and social medicine professionals, educators and psychologists on current health issues of the younger generation.
