FEATURES OF THE CHROMOSOMAL APPARATUS IN ADOLESCENTS WITH DEPRESSIVE BEHAVIORAL DISORDERS

Abstract

Based on the data of literature and own research, it has been established that the incidence of depressive disorders in Europe and Ukraine increases significantly. In the formation of depression a significant role belongs to the factors of environment and heredity. Analysis of cytogenetic indicators showed that in lymphocytes of blood of adolescents with depression there was an increase in the level of chromosomal aberrations by 3.9 times compared to healthy adolescents. Prevailing of aberrations of chromosomal and chromatid types have been revealed.
