Abstract

The study represents clinical and pathogenetical specifications of community-acquired uncomplicated pneumonia in children with different physical development on the grounds of the results of interconnection research of clinical manifestations of the disease and cytokines content (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-4) and its correlation in the blood serum. We established that children with community-acquired uncomplicated pneumonia having disharmonious physical development by the body mass index, have a depletion of inflammatory mechanisms. Highly informative clinical and immunological predictors of the duration of community-acquired uncomplicated pneumonia in children with different physical development have been establishe.
