Development of internal locus of control to reduce anxiety in adolescents

Abstract

This article describes problem of personal anxiety of teenagers in modern living conditions as the most important feature of our time. It was determined that in order to reduce the level of anxiety, the internal locus of control is able to compensate for any negative consequences. Considered is anxiety as an established personality trait, as a person’s tendency to experience anxiety for any reason. The nature and symptoms of anxiety in adolescence are revealed in this article. Extremely important that the experience of the age crisis in puberty can be complicated by external extraordinary events, such as a pandemic, war, etc
