Abstract

The analysis of literary sources and the results of our research indicate the influence of remote learning on the adaptive capabilities of the schoolchildren’s bodies. We examined 120 people (12–13 years old) in remote and traditional education conditions. It was established that adolescents with traditional education had higher growth and vital capacity of the lungs; girls in remote conditions had significantly higher body weight and chest circumference. The vitality index in all examinees is low; assessment of the level of blood circulation indicates a reduced level and intensity of adaptation in both groups.
