A strategy for governing the deployment of a health-favorable space in out-school education institutions in autonomous conditions

The article presents the argumentation of the author’s idea of deploying a health-friendly space in out-of-school education institutions, which not only rethinks the practical experience of managing a multidisciplinary institution of additional education, but also creates a new basis for the approval of the space for practicing in three dimensions «pupil as a bearer of the value of health», «pupil in a healthy educational environment», «a teacher as a carrier of the value of health». The author has proved that not only the definition of these dimensions is important, but also their interconnection and integrity, and at the same time - the management of strategic positioning, which should become controlled, and not fragmentary and imitated
